Qatarat-e-Noor High School was established in 2018 (1397 in the Solar Hijri calendar) by Ms. Laily Khamosh in the Khushhal Khan area of Kabul, with the aim of educating a healthy generation and contributing to the country's education and development.

Our Guarantee

  • Most (around 95%) of new students in grades 1 to 3 will be able to read and write within the first six months.
  • Art education (drawing and calligraphy) and computer application programs: Students in grades 4 to 6, through these programs, will gain better job opportunities within one academic year.
  • Practical robotics training: Students in secondary and high school grades, by learning this field, will gain more job opportunities and, upon graduation, will earn a high income with excellent skills.

Organizational Structure of Qatarat-e-Noor High School

Qatarat-e-Noor High School has adopted a well-structured and efficient organizational framework to ensure the highest level of coordination and quality in its educational, cultural, and administrative activities.

At the top of this structure stands the Founder and General Director, who leads the school with a clear vision and dynamic management. Under their direct supervision, three key departments operate:

Executive Department – Responsible for managing administrative, financial, human resources, and other operational affairs to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the school.

Cultural Department – Focuses on various cultural, artistic, and social programs, fostering students’ intellectual and moral growth and preparing them to contribute positively to society.

Academic Department – Oversees the teaching process, recruitment and development of teachers, curriculum design, and the implementation of educational programs to maintain high learning standards.

This hierarchical structure ensures coordination and transparency in all aspects of the school’s operations, allowing Qatrat Noor High School to remain committed to its core mission—nurturing an educated, responsible, and creative generation.
